Construction steps for spray-painted base panel

The painted base panel has been primed in advance, and the following recommended steps should be followed on-site for painting or brushing, which can not only save painting costs but also achieve excellent paint quality.

Recommended steps for on-site painting of baseboards:

1. Clean the panel surface: The panel surface should be cleaned before painting to avoid dust residue.

2. Spray PU primer: Spray with two-component PU primer. After the two-component PU primer (A main agent / B: hardener) is prepared, add banana water to dilute it as appropriate. This spraying step is to increase the adhesion between the primer and topcoat.

3. Spray covering primer: After the paint surface is dry, spray a thin layer of covering primer without sanding. It is recommended to adjust the color tone of the primer to reduce the amount of topcoat paint.

4. Spray the covering primer for the second time: After the paint surface is dry, lightly sand it with #320 sandpaper, and then spray a thin layer of covering primer.

5. Spray the covering topcoat: After the paint surface is dry, lightly sand it with #320 sandpaper, and finally spray the covering topcoat and it is complete.

Suggested steps for on-site painting of painted baseboards:

1. AB glue repair: repair nail holes and joints with AB glue. It is recommended to use tin (stainless steel) or galvanized nails to reduce the risk of rusting in the future.

2. Gypsum patching: Use gypsum patching to repair and level the surface, and then polish it after it is completely dry.

3. Apply topcoat: Apply 1-2 coats of topcoat.
